AISHA BROWN is a comedian, writer, and to her surprise a rapper! She’s written and performed all of her verses on Runnin’ At The Mouth’s debut comedy rap album: Wit My Woes, and she’s a regular contributor for the Runnin’ At The Mind blog.
Last year she performed in the JFL42 and Guelph Comedy Festivals. She’s also been a regular feature on Kenny Robinson’s legendary Nubian Night, and has hosted and headlined Zabrina Chevanne’s critically acclaimed “Things Black Girls Say”. Aisha performs biweekly at the Downtown Toronto Yuk Yuk’s on their pro/am night, and co-hosts Hard Day Comedy; a weekly female driven comedy show at The Office Pub. Ms. Brown was recently a featured host on the soon to be released CBC webseries, “Make Me Read”.
